Train Your Brain for Success

Train Your Brain To Succeed In Everything You Do!

Writing a journal is a good way to train your brain, stay on track and monitor your mindset (subconscious mind). After experiencing a serious accident that left me with a light concussion, I took a greater interest in finding ways to train my brain.

I discovered that writing things down and talking out aloud were two very powerful ways for me to get my brain to function as normal again. My journal became my “sounding board” that enabled me to think clearer and find the path out of the situation the accident had caused.

In this category we will be discussing ways you can make sure you are following your goals and staying on the path to success in every area of your life by using the power of the pen or pencil. There is nothing like seeing things written down in black and white, to clarify your mind.

The dullest pencil has a better memory than the sharpest mind. (Stanley Tang)
