Here is a question for you today: How do you develop your champion faith muscle?
We can answer this question with another question.
First, here’s a little side note. Here is yet another question for you today
The greatest teacher in the world often answered a question with another question. Who was he? (Answer is somewhere near the end of this article).
Ok – So the second question is:
How do you develop your muscles in your arms or legs? By exercising them right? Of course the exercise needs to be the correct kind, and strategically aimed at developing the right muscles.
Your faith is like a muscle in the sense that it is developed by exercise. If you do not develop it, it will be weak, but when you DO develop it, it will be strong.
Today is Day 68 of following the 210 Day Lifestyle Freedom Club Affirmation Challenge that I am involved in and blogging about. Today’s affirmation is about developing your faith.

developing my Champion Faith Muscle
How DO YOU develop your faith muscle?
We have already noted that muscles are developed with exercise. Your muscles also need the right nutrients. If you try to exercise without the right diet, sleep and mental focus you will not get the results you are expecting.
- Your faith also needs the right nutrients. Your faith is nurtured with positive WORDS, positive EMOTIONS (responses to the positive words) and positive ACTIONS.
- Your faith also needs the right mental focus. Try disciplining your mind to look at for positive things to be grateful for and positive solutions every day. You will be amazed at the changes in your life!
- Your mind also needs the right amount of sleep to be able to develop correctly. Brain Scientists tell us that our minds use the night time to organize and archive the information received during the day.
Do make sure that the information you allow yourself to receive during the day is something you want archived in your brain.
The lack mentality is a fear based mentality. What is fear?
- Fear is the total opposite of faith. Fear is based on negative words and creates negative experiences. Faith is based on positive words and creates positive experiences.
- Fear is faith in the negative, faith in evil. Fear is counterfeit faith. True faith focuses on the positive and looks for the good.
- Fear expects the worst. Faith expects the best!
